In 2000, when Calkins exited the trailer business, Progress Tool and Die, Inc. acquired the company and launched Carnai Trailers. Carnai maintains its commitment to high quality by manufacturing its components in-house at Progress Tool and Die, Inc’s metal stamping facility, ensuring maximum quality control.
